Ask

Summarize last week's Slack threads about the Q3 launch.

Three threads dominated: #launch-q3 ramped the beta gate to 25%, marketing locked the copy on Tuesday, and ops flagged a billing edge-case still under investigation.

The 10,000-ft view

See everything you've built, on one living map.

Projects, skills, connectors, agents, memory, and team — every pillar as a card on one canvas, color-coded and draggable, with semantic zoom that sheds detail as you pull out. This is the real map component, not an illustration of it.

The problem

Knowledge is everywhere.
Answers are nowhere.

Your team has wikis, Slack threads, design docs, decks, RFPs, customer calls, spec docs, and ten ChatGPT tabs of one-off answers. New hires re-ask everything. Senior people answer the same questions every week. Real institutional knowledge quietly rots in someone's scratch doc.

Sprawl

Knowledge spans 8+ tools. Search in one misses the rest.

Forgetting

Decisions made in Slack disappear in 30 days.

Re-invention

Every team rewrites the same workflow. No reuse.

Silos

Agencies juggle 5 client workspaces. None talk to each other.

What you'll actually do with it

Four capabilities. Click through them.

Each tab is a real surface in the product. Visuals are stylized; the workflow is what you'll actually use.

Step 1

Every source your team uses. One scoped index.

Wire up Drive, Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Netlify, local files, custom SQLite — without leaking data across workspaces. Each connector lives at workspace, org, or user scope.

  • OAuth where possible. Token-paste for the rest.
  • Per-workspace scoping enforced at the schema level.
  • Encrypted at rest with rotated key versions.

What it does

A real operating system, not another chatbot.

Nine focused capabilities that compound. Pick the source. Ask the question. Save the workflow. Reuse it for the next client.

Connect every source

Drive, Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Netlify, custom files, SQLite. Scoped per workspace or per user — no leakage.

Grounded answers with citations

Hybrid retrieval pulls the right context from across your stack. Every answer cites the source documents so you can verify before you trust.

Reusable skill library

Freeze a useful workflow into a skill. Run it again across any workspace. Promote skills across client orgs from the agency console.

Live knowledge map

See projects, connectors, and skills as a single graph. Spot stale documents, gaps in coverage, and over-relied-on sources at a glance.

Partner-aware scoping

Workspace, organization, and user scopes baked into every resource. Invites carry exact roles. Audit log records who-did-what-when.

Agency super-tier

Manage every client org as a node in your portfolio. Cross-org insights inform what you build next. Sub-workspaces stay siloed by default.

Bring your own AI

Use Claude, OpenAI-compatible providers, or a local Ollama runtime. Keep model spend predictable. Mix and match per workspace.

Encryption + audit-ready

OAuth tokens and provider keys encrypted at rest with rotated key versions. Every sensitive action lands in a first-class audit log.

Designed for daily use

Restrained palette, fast navigation, no marketing fluff in the product. Operators stay in flow.

How it works

From a thought on the desk to work that runs itself.

Real product footage — no mockups. This is the same workspace you get on signup.

01

Put it on the desk

Jot a thought, drop a contract, paste a spreadsheet. Everything you put down becomes cited, recallable memory the moment it lands — and your team's next question can already use it.

02

Ask, and verify the answer

Hybrid retrieval finds the right context across everything captured and connected. Answers cite the records they stand on, so you check the evidence instead of trusting vibes.

03

Let the machine run

Routines keep the workspace working while you don't: memory upkeep, quality sweeps, a daily digest written back onto the desk. Every run logged, summarized, and free by construction.

04

Connect every surface

OAuth and token connectors for the stack you already use — and the workspace itself becomes a backend: a scoped API and skill base that let Claude Code work from your memory.

Built for agencies

One console.
Every client.
Never confused which is which.

Run a portfolio of client workspaces from a single agency-tier console. Switch between workspaces with one click. Invite clients into their own siloed environment. See cross-portfolio analytics that nobody else gets to see — and use them to advance the product for everyone.

Parent-child orgs

Each client is its own org. You're the parent. Switch between them with one click.

Sibling isolation

Data, connectors, and skills never leak across client orgs. Per-tenant scoping is the schema, not a feature flag.

Cross-portfolio insights

Which clients ingest Notion but no Linear? Where's time-to-first-answer slow? Decisions you can't get from a per-client view.

Skill promotion

Built a great workflow for one client? Promote it to your platform skill library — every other client gets it next.

Security

Built for the vendor security review you haven't had yet.

Encryption, audit, and tenant isolation are part of the foundation — not features we bolted on after the first sales motion. Designed to pass a real SOC2 or Huntress review, not a cosmetic scan.

Encrypted at rest

OAuth tokens and provider keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted with rotated keys derived via scrypt.

First-class audit log

Every sign-in, role change, invite, and credential update writes an immutable audit row with actor, IP, and timestamp.

Scoped access by design

Workspace, organization, and user scopes are part of the schema — not a runtime check that someone can forget.

Hardened headers

HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options, Permissions-Policy. No X-Powered-By. Cookies are httpOnly + secure + SameSite.

Frequently asked

Answers to the questions you'd ask in a demo.

How is this different from ChatGPT with RAG?

ChatGPT with RAG is a chat. Grow Wild is a multi-tenant operating system. You connect every source, scope access per workspace, save useful workflows as reusable skills, run a portfolio of clients from one console, and ship cited answers your team can actually trust.

Where does our data live?

In a Postgres database you control. Connector OAuth tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest with a key you provide. You can self-host the Postgres + worker, or use our managed stack.

Do you train models on our data?

No. Your data stays in your workspace. Cross-workspace insights are aggregated and anonymized — and only the Grow Wild Agency overlord sees them.

What sources do you support?

Today: Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Netlify, local files, local SQLite. Anthropic and Ollama as AI providers. We add connectors based on customer demand — agency tier customers can request priority.

Can we bring our own model?

Yes. Connect Claude via API key, route to an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or run Ollama locally for full data control. Mix and match per workspace.

How fast is onboarding?

Core: minutes from signup to your first cited answer. Premium: typically same day. Agency: white-glove setup over a week, including custom connectors if needed.

What if I outgrow my plan?

Move up a tier with one click. We don't gate your data — you keep your sources, skills, and history. Downgrading is also fine; you just lose access to tier-locked features, not to your data.

Is the agency tier ready?

Active development. Email founders@growwild.agency for early-access pricing and an honest conversation about which capabilities are live versus on the roadmap.
